Uptown New Orleans is the theme this week in the local real estate market as all three Commission Accomplished homes are from the same zip code of 70118.

The 65×143 lot at 6032-36 Camp St. ranks as the highest price with the oversized lot selling for $2.175 million on Sept. 5. At 6036 Camp Street, there is a renovated home that was originally built in 1944. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, and 4,291 square feet of living space. At 6032 Camp Street, there is space for an additional home or adjoining structure. The lot is in Uptown’s Golden Rectangle area, which is bounded by Calhoun St., Jefferson Ave., Tchoupitoulas St., and St. Charles Ave.

Ranking second on this week’s list is 6028 Prytania St. The Uptown New Orleans home – three blocks away from Audubon Park – sold for $2,031,876 on Sept. 5. 1500 Pine Street ranks third this week with the corner lot Uptown home selling on Sept. 6 for its full listing price of $1.125 million. The three-story estate – near Tulane and Loyola universities and Willow Street – was recently renovated and originally built in 1917. It features 6 bedrooms, 6½ bathrooms, and 4,524 square feet of living space.
