The 65×143 lot at 6032-36 Camp St. ranks as the highest price with the oversized lot selling for $2.175 million on Sept. 5. At 6036 Camp Street, there is a renovated home that was originally built in 1944. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, and 4,291 square feet of living space. At 6032 Camp Street, there is space for an additional home or adjoining structure.
